My speciality is behaviour driven insight. More specifically, I combine UX design expertise, and the knowledge and experience I have gained working in digital marketing, brand communications and service & product design, to work at a strategic level where design and business strategy intersect. In this way I help clients (across a wide range of industries) to design and implement better services and superior products.
My approach is to first help clients to identify and clarify their business goals. Then, by analysing their data and using professional UX design tools and proven methodologies, I help them to figure out how to reach these goals and hit long term strategic targets.
My extensive knowledge of (and experience working in) digital marketing, user experience design and content creation means I can directly assist UX designers and user researchers to find effective cutting-edge solutions to drive customer behaviour and increase sales.
